Welcome To my own course "Complete Power Electronics For Electrical Engineering", this is the only course which will teach you everything containing basics of power electronics.

This course is especially designed for anyone who would like to learn everything about fundamental circuits in power electronics, this course is divided into 4 main parts:

First Part is an introduction to power electronics and rectifier circuits, it contains the following:

Definition of Power electronics circuit and its application.

Different types of switches as uncontrolled switches, semi controlled and fully controlled switches as diodes, thyristors, IGBT, Mosfet ,.....

Types and application for different switching devices.

Definition of rectifer.

Different single phase rectifier circuits and their configurations.

Half wave and full wave rectifier single phase circuits in case of uncontrolled and in case of half and full controlled bridges.

Firing circuit UJT how it works and isolation using pulse transformer and optocoupler.

How to increase the overall voltage and current using series and parallel diodes.

Second Part is about AC choppers and it contains the following:

AC chopper circuits with R load.

AC chopper circuits with L load, R-L parallel and series load.
