Devonthink Pro Office 2.7 (Mac OS X) | 35.3 MB
DEVONthink Pro Office is a knowledge base, information manager, and much more. In today's world, everything is digital. From shopping receipts to important research papers, your life often fills your hard drive in the form of emails, PDFs, Word documents, multimedia files, and more. Questions eventually pop up, like where do you store all of this stuff? How do you organize these very different file types, and even better, how do you find the exact file you're looking for the second you need it? It's almost as if you need a second brain just to keep your digital life straight.
DEVONthink is the solution to the digital age conundrum. It is your second brain, the one and only database for all your digital files, be they PDFs, emails, Word docs, or even multimedia files. Boasting a refined artificial intelligence, DEVONthink is exceedingly flexible and adapts to your personal needs. And if the files are not digital yet, digitize them with DEVONthink Pro Office.
Use it as your document repository, your filing cabinet, your email archive, or your project organizer; DEVONthink can do it all. You can even collect and organize data from the Web for your own use, enrich it with sound and movie files from your hard drive, and then export the finished product as a Web site or to an Apple Pages document to print, should you so desire. Or copy the content to your iPod! The possibilities are only as limited as your imagination.
DEVONthink Professional Office extends DEVONthink Pro with three additional modules: Pro-grade email archiving, paper capture including optical character recognition, and integrated Web sharing (search only.)

Multiple issues concerning synchronization between Macs and between Mac and sync store.
Synchronizing with DEVONthink To Go 1.x could create "" files, duplicate items in case of a conflict, and incorrectly synchronize tags. Deleted items were not always deleted on both sides and changes not always correctly transferred. Formatted notes created from Evernote notes can be viewed on the device as HTML pages now.
Password protected databases couldn't be accessed through the web server from an iPhone or iPad.
Synchronized password-protected databases could have authentication issues.
Uploading files through the web server sometimes failed.
Verifying databases reported orphaned files after importing duplicate email messages.
Converting to searchable PDFs didn't retain the original unread state.
Moving the original record to a different database while converting it to searchable PDF could cause issues.
Going to another document via the Go menu didn't display the document in Columns view.
Actions item of toolbar didn't work in fullscreen mode.
Printing rich text views on OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard didn't work correctly.
The Info panel was not always updated correctly.
Go > Previous/Next Instance supports tags but the commands were only enabled if the item was replicated.
Escape key didn't cancel renaming in Columns view.
Minor issues in the Sorter.
Bug in optional "Export Metadata as CSV" script.
Exporting smart groups and indexing created duplicates after updating.
Applications could be imported into the Templates menu.
Obsolete external files and folders were not always removed after synchronizing, e.g. after converting RTF to RTFD and vice versa.
Results in DEVONsphere Express could be incomplete.
AppleScript commands for creating documents from web resources didn't use the specified user agent.
Updating or synchronizing corrupted or incompatible PDF documents could crash the application.
Viewing the source of an HTML or XML document and switching to fullscreen mode could crash the application.
Exporting as website with HTML entities enabled could crash the application.
Further minor bugs and glitches.
